1. Agreement to Terms

• Hookup services focused primarily on casual sexual encounters
• Sugar dating or transactional relationships involving financial exchange
• Any activities that violate local, state, or international laws

We actively moderate content and user behavior to ensure compliance with these standards. Any users found violating these prohibitions will have their accounts immediately terminated.

2.3 AI-Supported Moderation

To maintain a safe and respectful community, we employ AI-supported moderation systems that automatically screen all user-generated content in real-time, including:

• Every message sent between users
• Every uploaded image and profile photo
• Profile text, descriptions, and biographical information

Our AI moderation systems check for inappropriate content including but not limited to: sexually explicit material, nudity, hate speech, harassment, violence, illegal activities, spam, and scams. Flagged content is reviewed by our human moderation team. By using our Service, you consent to this automated and manual content review process.

3. Eligibility

You must meet the following requirements to use our Service:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• Not be prohibited by law from using our Service
• Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws

We reserve the right to verify your age at any time and may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect you do not meet the age requirement.

7. Subscription and Payments

7.3 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis
• Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled
• Prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include applicable taxes
• We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days notice

7.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.
